| Gary
A. Armstrong, Esq. is a magna cum laude 1991 graduate
of Tulane Law School where he was a member of
the Order of the Coif, an honor society of law
students. He also holds a Master of Business Administration
from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science
in Computer Science from the University of Texas
at Dallas.
Gary spent two years as a corporate
associate with Thompson and Knight, Dallas, before
joining the Legal Department at Associates First
Capital Corporation (now a part of Citigroup)
as an Assistant General Counsel, concentrating
in the area of consumer credit.
Most
recently, Gary headed the litigation section of
the Dallas office of CitiFinancial Credit Company.
Gary was actively involved in industry groups
promoting home equity lending and has spoken to
industry and lawyer groups regarding subprime
consumer lending.
As a principal in The Armstrong
Law Firm, he represents individuals and businesses
with legal issues in bankruptcy, corporate law,
consumer law, and estate planning.
Gary is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas
Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Texas, the United States Disctrict Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
